1. How can I trust the supplier I find in website?
A: Trust the supplier that has a “ Trust Supplier ID ”! Trust the supplier that its website display "I'm Verified" Seal!
Check the supplier email's digital signature! If it displays a name same as he/she say, then you can trust it! Since, WoSign have verified this supplier's true identity:

4. What's the difference between “I'm Verified” certification and other certifications? What your certification's advantages?

6. Why you verify the supplier's bank account?
A: In China , when you need to open an account in bank, it need many proof documents and the company should go to the bank for manual verification. So we verify the supplier's bank account by requesting the supplier must transfer verification fee to my company bank account, it means this supplier passed bank's verification, and this supplier's bank account is active and normal status since it transferred verification fee to my company successfully.
We verify the supplier's bank account is to let you trust this supplier that its operation is in good standing now.
7. Why you verify the supplier's legal representative's ID card?
A: In China , any company has a unique person that he/she can represent this company in legal, so it is safer for you to get the legal representative's ID card in case you suffer any trouble in China . We have verified his/her ID card in National Citizen Identity Information Center ( NCIIC ).

8. Why you need to phone call the certificate requestor? How you do it?
A: First, our phone call vetting is quite difference from other vetting call, we call the phone number according to this supplier's phone bill or local phone directory, don't call the phone number that claimed, the supplier should prove the phone number is belong to this supplier. And we call the certificate requestor to verify if he can represent its company to apply the certification.
So if you want to call this supplier, please use our verified phone number, not the claimed number, very important.
